            บริษัท มาสเตอร์ คอม เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด ต่อตั้งขึ้นปี พ.ศ.2540 ด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ที่มองการณ์ไกล ได้เล็งเห็นถึงปัญหาด้านพลังงาน และปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาที่เกิดจากการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้นการนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่เข้ามาช่วยแก้ปัญหาจึงเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นในการช่วยประหยัดพลังงานและช่วยรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม
