ACT Series

Service-friendly continuous running units for reliable removal of oil vapours and odours – especially recommended for compressed air process applications in the optics, electronics and pharmaceutical industry.

  • Flow rate 1.60 – 155.50 m³/min
  • Maximum working pressure 10, 16 or 45 bar

For Class 1 residual oil content as per ISO 8573-1 (concentration range 0 – 0.01 m³/min)

Standard equipment

  • Adsorption material tank including activated carbon filling, upper/lower stainless steel flow diffusers and separate upper/lower filling and emptying connections;
  • Equipped with tank pressure gauge and pressure regulator with oil indicator (option for 45 bar operating pressure);
  • Pre-installed compressed air intake and discharge line;
  • Stable base frame, 2-component wet paint coating.

Options

  • Silicone-free version to VW test standard PV 3.10.7
  • Working pressure 16 / 45 bar for models ACT 16 – 140
  • Working pressure 10 bar for models ACT 175 – 1555
